/ how we help
Three ways in. One standard.
Each engagement is shaped by one question: what will make this initiative credible to the people who must support or run it?
Lead & deliver
For funded programmes that need senior leadership: programme director, team leader or key expert, short or long term.
Design & support
For initiatives seeking IFI, EU, INGO or private support: field and needs assessments, project design, coaching and network access.
Growth, partnerships & market entry
For growth-seeking founders, businesses and brands: pitch deck and business case reviews, readiness for strategic partners, and market entry across the EU–Türkiye–MENA corridor and beyond.
/ ai-first practice
We use AI where it sharpens judgement, never where it replaces it.
Faster, deeper field evidence
AI-assisted analysis of interviews, documents and survey data, so needs assessments cover more ground in less time.
Proposals tested before they are sent
Drafts checked against funder criteria and evaluation logic, drawing on experience on the evaluator's side of the table.
Programmes run on live data
Digital PMOs, dashboards and AI-supported reporting that keep funders, teams and beneficiaries on the same page.
Early adoption, on the record. At an early stage for AI in public-sector programme work, we led an AI-supported capacity assessment of the Ministry of Industry and Technology’s Regional Development Agencies: how ready they are to manage EU and World Bank funds.
Discuss this work →/ readiness review
Is your initiative ready to be funded?
Send a short overview of your initiative, a concept note or a pitch deck. We review it against what funders and partners check first, and come back with a clear view of where you stand and what to strengthen first.
Request a readiness review/ questions
Frequently asked.
- What does a readiness review include?
- We review your initiative against what funders and partners check first: the strategic narrative, evidence and data, fit with their priorities, and risk and governance. You receive a written summary of where you stand and what to strengthen first.
- Who does byPM work with?
- Public institutions, international organisations and NGOs, funders, and growth-seeking founders, businesses and brands. Engagements range from individual advisory to project-based teams, depending on the client and the initiative.
- Do you work outside Türkiye?
- Yes. byPM works across the EU–Türkiye–MENA corridor and beyond, in English and Turkish.
- Can you lead a funded programme?
- Yes. I take on programme director, team leader and key expert roles, short or long term, and assemble specialist teams where the work requires it. byPM also joins larger consortia as a solution partner or sub-contractor.
- How do you use AI?
- AI supports evidence analysis, proposal testing and programme reporting. It is used in line with each client's priorities and needs, and only with their explicit consent. Conclusions and recommendations are always reviewed and owned by me.
- Do you review pitch decks?
- Yes. We review pitch decks, concept notes and funding proposals for founders and project owners: the story, the evidence behind it, the ask, and how it will read to the people you are presenting to. You receive concrete feedback on what to strengthen before you pitch.
- How does an engagement start?
- With a short email describing your initiative or organisation, or your pitch deck. I reply with a first view and, if there is a fit, a proposal for the scope of work.
- Do you provide investment advice or arrange funding?
- No. byPM provides advisory services only. We help initiatives become ready for funders and strategic partners, but we do not provide regulated investment advice or brokerage, and we do not guarantee funding outcomes.
